This hybrid role offers flexible hours, full benefits, summer Fridays, and a competitive salary based on experience!In this role, you will be primarily responsible for navigating online portals to handle chargebacks and disputes associated with major retail partners. While phone-based collections are minimal, meticulous attention to detail and proactive follow-up are essential to effectively manage these online platforms.
