Chief Officer - 50m MY

On the hunt for an experienced Chief Officer to join this Dual Season Private 50m M / Y. An ideal candidate would have their CM 3000 (OOW 3000 Minimum) and any extra skills would be a bonus. This position is open to previous Chief Officers on similar sized vessels or experienced 2nd Officers looking to make a step up to a Chief Officer role. Tasks Overall supervision and training of deck crew. ISM & SMS. This position is 70% Bridge - 30% Deck. Requirements OOW Minimum, CM3000 preferred. STCW with PDSD. Minimum 1 year as Officer in a similar position. Good bonus after completing summer season. 3,000€ budget for training after one full year onboard. Could go to rotation for the right candidate.
