Tax Manager Transfer Pricing

Tax Manager Transfer Pricing Location: Munich (hybrid) Our client is seeking a Tax Manager Transfer Pricing to join its Corporate Tax department. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic transfer pricing initiatives and collaborate across international entities. Key Responsibilities: Advise domestic and international business units on all matters related to transfer pricing. Analyse and help shape business models and transactions from a transfer pricing perspective. Develop and implement transfer pricing strategies and models; support the ongoing management and monitoring of pricing policies. Coordinate and maintain global and local transfer pricing documentation; draft and manage intercompany agreements. Support tax audits and represent the company’s interests in discussions with tax authorities. Participate in international mutual agreement procedures and arbitration cases related to transfer pricing. Contribute to projects involving transfer pricing topics across business functions. Your Profile: Degree in economics, finance, or a related field with a focus on taxation and accounting, or equivalent qualification. At least 5 years of professional experience in transfer pricing, gained in a consulting firm or an international industrial company. Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP and reporting systems is advantageous. Familiarity with data tools like Power BI is a plus. Strong analytical mindset, numerical accuracy, and an independent, solution-driven work style. Professional fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
