A Technical Lead Full Stack with experience in back-end development, cloud engineering, and stakeholder collaboration to help build and refine our IDP capabilities, working closely with a key client in the financial sector. Main tasks and responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain our internal developer platform using cloud services like Azure and AWS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and execute product backlogs. Develop robust back-end and UI solutions using Python and React, focusing on performance and user experience. Utilize tools such as Terraform and ArgoCD for cloud infrastructure and continuous delivery. Improve system reliability, observability, and automation within a distributed environment. Engage with stakeholders to analyze needs and deliver solutions exceeding service expectations. Qualifications: Expertise in back-end development with Python. Experience with frontend frameworks. Knowledge of Internal Developer Platform architecture (e.g., Backstage). Experience with cloud architecture (AWS and Azure). Proficiency in Terraform, ArgoCD, and similar tools. Familiarity with continuous delivery tools like ADO Pipelines and GitHub Actions. Strong understanding of distributed systems, performance, scalability, and resiliency. Experience working with stakeholders on requirements and product backlog. Agile experience and understanding of testing approaches like TDD. Good English skills (C1 level). Nice to have : Experience with cloud-native platform solutions. Knowledge of modern DevOps practices and automation techniques. Interest in developer experience optimization. Work location : 100% remote within Spain. Business Hours : No intensive working days on Fridays or during summer.
