Position Overview: We are looking for a Technical Product Owner with experience in CMS to be responsible for the software product/program vision and user story roadmap. This is a 100% remote position for candidates located in Spain . Key Responsibilities Deliver software products, translating the product line roadmap into actionable features and user stories for each squad. Manage priorities and resources within the squad and coordinate with external teams. Oversee release and delivery plans for software products and programs. Maintain and prioritize the backlog of user stories, leading sprint planning sessions. Align software development with the Product Director, ensuring contributions to program features. Refine user stories to ensure readiness for development, supporting the engineering team. Ensure all user stories meet 'Definition of Done' and 'Definition of Ready' criteria. Guarantee test automation standards are met. Support country-specific implementation stages. Drive development of decoupled web platforms using headless CMS and modern frontend frameworks. Collaborate with solution architects and DevOps teams on infrastructure leveraging AWS services like Fargate, S3, Cloudfront, and DynamoDB. Ensure best practices in SEO, accessibility, structured content, and localization workflows. Maintain documentation, roadmaps, and progress tracking using tools like JIRA and Confluence. Mandatory Requirements Experience with headless CMS platforms such as AEM, Drupal, Contentful, Sanity, etc., integrated with modern frontend frameworks. Familiarity with decoupled architectures and frontend/backend delivery coordination. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, capable of driving delivery under pressure. Experience in regulated or enterprise environments is advantageous. Knowledge of Adobe AEM and/or Next.js is a plus, but not mandatory; a solid understanding of headless content models and frontend integration is essential.
