Job Description Job Description Job description Overview We are seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to join our team. If you have a passion for teaching and love working with children and adults in a water environment, we want to hear from you. Requirements: -Must be eligible to work in the US -Swimming experience preferred -Ability to complete or willingness to train to complete a 300-yard swim, and 2 minutes of treading water -Must be able to work Mon - Fri 3:00 - 8:00 pm weekdays, and 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Sat and/or Sun Responsibilities - Instruct swimming lessons for individuals or groups of all ages and skill levels - Ability to adhere to a consistent weekly schedule - Provide constructive feedback to swimmers to help them improve their skills - Ensure the safety of all participants in the swimming area - Maintain a clean and organized pool area - Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding swimmers' progress Experience - Previous experience in swim instruction or coaching is preferred - Certification in lifeguarding or CPR is a plus - Experience in childcare or physical education is advantageous - Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role Job Type: Part-time or Full-Time Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid training Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Every weekend Monday to Friday Morning shift Work Location: In person slbspo zrslb
