St Nicholas Alphaville is seeking an experienced University Advisor! We are looking for a professional with an international mindset and a genuine desire to support learners in their university applications, both locally and internationally. This is a full-time position reporting to the Head of University and Career Guidance and the Head of Secondary. Main responsibilities within the role Provide lessons, webinars, and workshops about university admissions and application requirements Collaborate with the IB Coordinator to advise students on their Diploma options, based on academic history, personal profile, and university entry requirements Conduct systematic and comprehensive individual interviews with students and families to offer information, advice, and guidance Assist students in creating university lists and advise on course opportunities, as well as producing CVs, cover letters, and personal statements, including reviewing and supporting redrafts Organise and coordinate events and visits related to post-DP (Diploma Programme) options, such as university fairs and presentations Manage and oversee the St Nicholas Alphaville Job Shadowing Program Provide guidance on summer programs for students from Grades 6 to 12 Prepare and share all necessary school documentation with universities Required skills and attributes Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills Excellent presentation skills Strong research skills and attention to detail Working knowledge of university application platforms and processes Knowledge of university systems globally, with specific expertise in the Common Application (USA) and UCAS (UK) — required Secure understanding of international education and the IB Diploma — a distinct advantage What We Offer : Brazilian CLT work contract.
