Quality Control Assistant (Summer Job)

About the Role Are you currently studying Food Science or a related discipline and eager to gain practical experience in quality control? Join our team this summer as a Quality Control Assistant and play a key role in ensuring the quality and safety of our juices, beverages, and compounds. Please note: this is an on-site role with no option for remote work. Punctuality and reliability are essential. Key Responsibilities Conduct inspections and analyses of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods Assist with quality evaluations in line with customer requirements and internal specifications Support labeling, swab testing, and sample management tasks Help maintain documentation, manage sample logistics, and report quality control findings Collaborate with production and quality teams to uphold hygiene and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards Qualifications Currently enrolled in a degree program in Food Science & Technology, ideally with a focus on Quality and Food Safety Required Skills Basic laboratory knowledge and practical understanding of food safety principles Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn quickly Effective communicator with a good command of English Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Availability for 3 months or more as of 07-2025
