Robert Half is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a remote contract position with hours from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (ET) . Key Responsibilities Recruitment Coordination : Administer the Talent Acquisition process for employees at site locations. Schedule and coordinate interviews, travel arrangements, and related expenses. Manage advertisements and outreach via outside agencies, schools, and other platforms. Track and maintain documentation for employee referral programs at the site level. New Hire Support : Conduct and enhance New Employee Orientation sessions, providing an overview of company history, policies, and procedures. Process payroll adjustments for new employees. Ensure compliance with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) outreach documentation. Onboarding Assistance : Attend job/career fairs as necessary. Process background checks. Prepare new hire orientation folders and documentation for electronic filing. Handle onboarding paperwork and process required forms (e.g., E-Verify program). Send new hire lists to the training team for orientation preparation. Administrative Support : Maintain confidentiality while addressing basic employee needs or directing them to the appropriate contact. Coordinate intern academy programs for summer interns. Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with recruitment tools and systems is preferred. Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and navigating compliance requirements.
