Senior Project Manager Role and Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and key milestones. Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses to ensure optimal project execution. Create and manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and effective use of resources. Oversee cost estimation, procurement processes, and ensure adherence to the financial plan. Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to ensure project objectives are met. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. Implement safety protocols and best practices to safeguard the well-being of all personnel on-site. Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules to ensure timely completion of all phases of construction. Adjust timelines and allocations as needed based on project developments and challenges. Negotiate contracts with stakeholders, ensuring terms are favorable and align with project objectives. Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality delivery of services and materials. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction project management. - Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and project management methodologies. - Proficiency in project management software and tools: Procore, CMIC, ASTA, Excel, Bluebeam. - Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
