Sunriver's SHARC is seeking experienced lifeguards with three or more years of experience who want to take their job and our team to the next level. Beyond guarding and serving as a role model to the guarding team, Aquatics Supervisors have the opportunity to help shape the aquatics programming, and, along with the Aquatics Manager, the entire department. SHARC's Aquatic Supervisors perform and model exemplary lifeguard skills while providing leadership, guidance, and supervision to the aquatics staff. They supervise shifts and oversee aquatic transitions and operations. They assist guests with questions and concerns, provide support to the aquatics team, and act as next-in-command to the Aquatics Manager. The Good Stuff Starting Wage: $25.88 per hour. Other Details Must have current certifications in Lifeguard, First Aid and CPR. CPO or AFO preferred (must be able to obtain within 6 months of employment).
