Work with passionate, entrepreneurial teammates who take pride in what they do What You’ll Do: • Manage day-to-day operations across a region of 15–20 commercial pool facilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients (HOAs, community managers, clubs, etc.) • Oversee preseason planning, ongoing staffing updates, and in-season performance check-ins • Partner with our repair and renovation team to ensure client needs are identified and addressed • Complete annual facility assessments and support basic sales follow-up for repair opportunities • Lead teams of seasonal openers, supervisors, and pool staff to deliver safe, clean, high-performing operations • Coordinate scheduling and coverage with our Director of People Ops • Maintain accurate records, conduct product & loss evaluations, and uphold compliance and safety standards What You’ll Do (During Training – 8 to 10 Months): • Shadow and support the Director of Operations and Lead Regional Account Managers • Learn our operating model, client expectations, and quality standards through real-world experience • Rotate through multiple regional teams to develop best practices and build confidence in the field • Assist with preseason planning, mid-season operations, and postseason wrap-up • Gain foundational skills in communication, personnel oversight, budgeting, and technical operations What We’re Looking For: • 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer service, hospitality, or team leadership • Strong communication and organizational skills—you enjoy being the go-to person and keeping things moving • A proactive, problem-solving mindset—you don’t wait for permission to fix a problem • Comfort working in a fast-paced, seasonal environment (especially outdoors during summer months) • Willingness to get certified (or already hold certification) in Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR/AED • Bonus points for experience in aquatics, recreation, or facilities—but not required • Desire to grow into a long-term leadership role with increased responsibility What’s in It for You? ???? 8–10 month structured training program with direct mentorship ⏰ 40–45 hours per week, with flexible fieldwork and some evening/weekend expectations ????
