Job Description Job Description Company Description Orca Aquatics is a family-run swim club based in North Providence, Rhode Island, with over 50 years of experience in swimming, coaching, and teaching at various levels, from learn-to-swim lessons to collegiate competitions. Swimming is more than just a passion for us; it's a way of life, and we are excited to share our love for swimming with other families. Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Swim Instructor located in North Providence, RI. The Swim Instructor will be responsible for teaching swim lessons, ensuring the safety of participants, conducting skill assessments, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment for all swimmers. Qualifications Swim Instruction, Swim Lessons, and Swimming skills Experience in Aquatics and Lifeguarding Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well with children and adults Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred Previous swim coaching or competitive swimming experience is a plus Reliable and punctual with strong organizational skills
