Job Description Job Description Be the Swim Lessons Coordinator for the Muscatine Aquatic Center for our 2025 season! Join the team at the Muscatine Aquatic Center for some fun under the sun! Duties: - Manages Aquatic Center Swim Lessons Programs. - Assigns staff to classes. - Answers questions on levelsand assists patrons in selecting classes. - Coordinates with Aquatic Center Manager and Program Supervisor on staffing needs. - Records and develops pass/no pass reports of swim lessons classes and delivers them to the Program Supervisor. - Performs swim lessons program evaluations to determine if the program needs changes or updates. - Performs other duties as needed. Requirements: - Knowledgeof swimming and/or diving is required. - Swim/Dive team experience preferred. - Lifeguard certification. - CPR Certified. - Ability to arrive ahead of time and stay late depending on staffing situations.
