The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing plumbing and fire protection systems across various projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards while meeting client specifications and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities Design plumbing and fire protection systems for various projects. Collaborate with architects and other engineers to integrate plumbing and fire protection systems into building designs. Prepare detailed engineering drawings using Revit and AutoCAD. Conduct hydraulic calculations and ensure systems meet applicable codes and standards. Perform on-site inspections and assessments to verify system installation and compliance. Provide technical support and guidance during the construction phase. Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and advancements in plumbing and fire protection engineering. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in plumbing and fire protection engineering (8 years) Proficiency in AutoDesk Revit MEP, and AutoCAD software. Knowledge of plumbing design and fire protection systems. Familiarity with relevant codes and standards such as NFPA 13 and local building codes. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
