To strengthen our Compliance team, we are hiring a Compliance Manager based in Maranello (Italy). The Compliance Manager will report directly to the Head of Compliance within the Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance Department. The main responsibilities include overseeing Group Compliance Programs related to Privacy, Artificial Intelligence, and Antitrust, with specific focus on: Privacy (80%) : updating the Privacy Compliance Program, conducting annual risk assessments, reviewing regulatory frameworks, updating the processing activities register, providing training, and performing monitoring activities. Artificial Intelligence (10%) : developing the AI Compliance Program in line with the Artificial Intelligence Act, conducting annual monitoring, and implementing risk management measures. Antitrust (10%) : updating the Antitrust Compliance Program, conducting risk assessments, reviewing regulatory frameworks, providing training, supporting business activities, and monitoring compliance. The Compliance Manager will collaborate with Internal Audit and Risk Management functions to ensure integration and synergy. Ideal Profile: A Master’s Degree in Law with excellent academic results, and 3-5 years of experience in legal compliance, preferably within manufacturing and listed companies. Admission to the bar, a Master in Privacy Law, knowledge of OneTrust, IAPP certifications (CIPP/E, AIGP), and experience with GRC systems are considered advantages. Key skills include analytical thinking, target orientation, structured approach, strong communication skills, independence, team integration, attention to detail, and responsibility awareness. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in English are required. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
