Our fast-growing Technology startup sennder Italia is looking for an Office Manager to join our People Team , responsible for office and HR management. The role is based in our Milan office and reports to the Head of HR Administration. This position is open to individuals registered in the list of protected categories pursuant to Law 68/99. As Office Manager, your main responsibilities will include caring for our office and staff, organizing events, and ensuring employee well-being and a positive office environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, experienced in administrative and support roles, well-organized, flexible, and capable of managing diverse tasks independently. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: Support daily operations and workflow in our Milan office Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries Maintain office efficiency through equipment procurement, layout planning, and systems management Develop and implement office policies and procedures Organize team events, business trips, and celebrations, including bi-weekly gatherings, monthly parties, and annual Summer Camp Manage supplies of healthy food and drinks Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and external service providers Assist the People Team with internal communications and policy updates Ensure compliance with internal processes and COVID-19 regulations Support contract negotiations with vendors and manage office lease agreements Maintain relationships with suppliers and explore new collaboration opportunities Coordinate with IT on office equipment needs Monitor and improve office standards and procedures Provide support to visitors PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Over 3 years of experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Event Manager in dynamic environments Ability to manage time and priorities effectively Fluent in Italian and English Open-minded, reliable, self-confident, and resilient Demonstrates a strong work ethic and collaborative spirit J-18808-Ljbffr
