Hotel General Maintenance

Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms and public areas, following hotel standards.

Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest room supplies.

Clean bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers.

Vacuum and dust rooms and corridors.

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.

Ensure all equipment is functional and report any equipment malfunctions.

Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations.

Maintain a clean and organized work cart.

Follow hotel and brand standards for cleanliness and guest service.

Take care of all property equipment and supplies, ensuring proper use.

Assist with special projects or deep cleaning tasks as assigned by management.

Uphold all hotel and state/federal safety policies and regulations.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage but not required.

Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Must be detail-oriented and have a strong commitment to quality.

Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods.

Routine lifting of 25 lbs to 50 lbs, with occasional lifting over 50 lbs.

Must be able to perform tasks that require reaching, bending, and stooping.

Work in a fast-paced setting with a moderate noise level.

Ability to move around and collaborate with others in a small, confined space.

Exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment.
