Assistant Manager -Placements

1. Develop and cultivate robust relationships with diverse industries, actively securing their participation in campus placements. 2. Stay vigilant on market intelligence, closely monitoring and analyzing dynamic hiring trends. 3. Play a pivotal role in the conception and implementation of comprehensive objectives, policies, processes, initiatives, and strategies for placements, encompassing both summer internships and final placements, as well as corporate relations. 4. Collaborate seamlessly with the placement head, CO, Faculty Placement Coordinator, and student placement representatives to intricately devise and execute comprehensive plans. These plans, both long-term and short-term, aim at elevating student employability for placements. 5. Evaluate, identify, and adeptly implement industry-best models for placement seasons, covering the spectrum from internships to final placements. 6. Foster strong coordination with sister campuses to ensure a harmonized and unified approach to placements and Corporate Relations. 7. Act as a distinguished representative of Jaipuria at various HR, professional, and industry conferences and events. This representation serves to significantly enhance the brand visibility of Jaipuria within corporate circles.
