About the Role: We seek an enthusiastic, agile, diligent, and highly organized Customer Support Specialist to assist clients. You will collaborate with our Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional support to clients through training, consultations, reviews, and ongoing assistance. Monitor and improve customer engagement and retention. Help customers optimize their use of Echobox products. Relay customer feedback to the Product team and help shape the product roadmap. Improve customer lifecycle management focusing on retention and satisfaction. Advocate for customer insights in strategic decisions. Identify opportunities for upselling additional services. Requirements: At least 2 years of relevant experience. Minimum 2.1 degree from a leading university. Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken. Excellent time-management and multitasking skills. Preferred Requirements: Additional language skills. Experience in SaaS, B2B environment preferred. Proven ability in managing customer relationships and driving product adoption. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Interest in AI and its impact on publishing.
