About SILC Academy: The SILC Academy boasts over 15 years of excellence in student leadership development and has forged strong partnerships with prestigious international schools in Switzerland and around the world. We curate bespoke camp experiences, hosting boutique summer and winter camps across Switzerland and France, and organise student leadership conferences around the world. Our programmes blend exciting activities, workshops, and character-building sessions within the SILC curricular framework. As our missions Marketing & Sales Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in inviting young minds to embark on this transformative journey. Responsibilities: This roles requires flexibility and agility in different areas: - Admissions / Sales (60%) Lead and strategise sales efforts for both summer and winter camps, targeting potential participants and their families. Conduct thorough consultations and sales meetings with prospective campers and their families to provide personalised information and address inquiries. Manage the complete admissions cycle: from registration to invoicing, ensuring meticulous tracking of payments, forms, and other requisite steps for seamless summer and winter camp organisation. Regularly follow-up on leads and drive sales. Craft tailored emails for each camp. - Marketing (30%) Take charge of managing and curating content for SILC Academy's social media platforms to boost engagement and expand our online presence. Create captivating and informative newsletters to keep our community, including parents, participants, and partners, informed about camp developments, achievements, and updates. Develop marketing materials and collateral such as flyers, brochures, and other resources. Collaborate on the planning and coordination of summer and winter camps from both marketing and operational perspectives. Support SEO efforts throughout the SILC Academy ecosystem. Assist the Marketing & Admissions Manager in day-to-day operational tasks. - International Travel (10%) Represent SILC Academy at international conferences, fostering global partnerships and networking with key stakeholders in the education and camp industry. Travel to Switzerland and France during summer camps in July/August. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you'll need: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Communications, Marketing, International Relations, Education, or a relevant area. Minimum 1 year of working sales, marketing or education experience in a commercial setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to connect with diverse audiences. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships. A proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges. Flexibility to travel internationally for conferences and camp-related activities. Proficiency in digital communication tools and social media platforms. Working experience with Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop, to create captivating visual content. Familiarity with mailing services such as Mailchimp and Hubspot to efficiently manage communication campaigns and maintain the leads database. EU/EEA residency or citizenship is required for this position. Sponsorship is not possible. Flexibility to work 1 day from home.
