No previous swim experience is needed, as we provide comprehensive paid training and certification. What We Offer: Competitive Pay: Starting pay rates range from $16 to $20 per hour. Key Responsibilities: Teach children aged 3 months to 12 years water safety and swimming techniques using the Big Blue Swim School curriculum. Create a fun, safe, and supportive learning environment. Monitor students' progress and provide feedback. Ensure the pool area is clean and safe. Requirements: No previous swimming experience required. Must love working with kids and having fun! Ability to work in the water for at least 25 hours per week. Ability to work a consistent schedule including evenings (3pm-9pm) and weekends. Must be able to lift 25 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods. Pass a background check and obtain Red Cross Lifeguard/CPR certification within 90 days (training provided). Useful Skills: Experience in childcare, sports coaching, or customer service is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and high energy.
