Perks and Benefits: Paid on-the-job training Flexible scheduling Culture driven company Primary Responsibilities: Keep swimmers safe with lifeguard supervision Maintains attentive position in the pool area at all times by walking and/or sitting while actively scanning the pool and pool area. Enforces safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents or casualties, makes rescues and administers first aid/CPR when necessary. Participates in training/in-service as required Job Qualifications and Skills Ability to work with children Excellent communication and organizational skills High energy Strong work ethic Must pass background examinations prior to training Certificates and Licenses: Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid certification required.
