Job Description Job Description Overview: We are seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as a Certified Lifeguard. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests at the pool. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR LIFE GUARD CERTIFICATION AND IT MUST BE FOR 8.5 FOOT or MORE DEPTH! Duties: - Monitor the pool area to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all guests - Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment - Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents that may occur - Perform water rescues and administer first aid as necessary - Assist with pool & bathroom cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned - Provide excellent guest service by answering questions, providing information, and addressing concerns Skills: - Lifeguard certification or willingness to obtain certification prior to employment - Strong swimming skills and ability to perform water rescues - Knowledge of CPR and first aid techniques - Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to provide exceptional guest service - Physical fitness and ability to perform heavy lifting if required for pool maintenance tasks If you are passionate about water safety, enjoy working with people, and have the necessary skills, we would love to hear from you.
