Weekend, holiday, early morning and/or late evening hours are required. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall safety of all patrons in the pool area. Job responsibilities include: * Arriving promptly each day for scheduled shift * Closely monitoring activities related to the pool area, identifying any safety issues throughout shift * Directing swimmers out of water in dangerous conditions * Maintaining a clean pool environment * Enforcing rules to ensure all patrons are safe * Act as a first responder in the events of an emergency in the pool *Qualifications* *Required Qualifications* * Current Lifeguard certification * CPR and First Aid certifications * Successful completion of a pre-employment in-water practical skills test *Preferred Qualifications* * One or more years of lifeguard experience *Special Instructions to Applicants* To complete your on-line application, you will be required to attach your resume, cover letter, and contact information for 3 professional references.
