Job Description Job Description Join our team at Hawthorn Farm Athletic Club, where safety meets excellence! We are seeking a vigilant, responsible, and energetic Lifeguard to ensure the well-being of our members and guests in and around our aquatic facilities. Compensation: $15.95 - $16.95 hourly Responsibilities: Monitor pool and deck to ensure guest safety Respond quickly to emergencies and provide first aid/CPR if needed Enforce pool rules and promote a safe environment Maintain cleanliness and report any hazards Deliver excellent customer service to members and guests Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: Current Lifeguard and CPR certifications Strong communication and observation skills Dependable, alert, and team-oriented Passion for safety and fitness About Company Hawthorn Farm Athletic Club (HFAC) is a Wellness Community deeply committed to supporting each person’s unique journey of health.
