Job Description Job Description Salary: Paradise Ranch RV Resort is hiring Certified Lifeguards to ensure a safe, family-friendly environment at our water facilities. This role is essential to providing excellent guest experiences through professionalism, vigilance, and quick response. Key Responsibilities: Supervise aquatic areas and enforce safety regulations Respond swiftly to emergencies and administer first aid/CPR Maintain cleanliness and safety of water areas and equipment Communicate effectively with guests and staff Requirements: Current Lifeguard Certification (American Red Cross or equivalent) CPR, First Aid, and AED certified Strong attention to detail and safety Excellent communication and customer service skills Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a resort, camp, or recreational facility Availability on weekends and holidays Join our team and enjoy working in a beautiful, outdoor setting while helping ensure a fun and safe experience for all our visitors.
