We are a growing team looking for a Business Analyst to join our office in Milan. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Business Analyst, you will work on a variety of strategic and operational tasks. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, developing financial models, analyzing data for decision-making, and leading key project initiatives. You will report to the Regional General Manager and have the opportunity to gain a comprehensive view of high-growth company operations while collaborating with senior leaders. Identify, conceptualize, and execute key priorities to support sennder’s strategic goals. Work closely with the Regional General Manager to deliver insights from projects. Act as a liaison between founders and stakeholders inside and outside sennder. Support executives by preparing presentations for meetings, including board meetings and strategy sessions. Assist in developing business plans, financial models, pitch decks, and strategic documents. Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify growth opportunities. Minimum Requirements At least 3 years of experience in fast-paced environments, ideally at a top-tier management consulting firm or similar. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. Proven experience leading cross-functional projects; project management skills are a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights; experience in financial modeling is a plus. Results-oriented with a strategic mindset and bias for action. Proficiency in G-Suite or MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
