Job Description Job Description In a supportive educational environment focused on early childhood development, professionals will provide specialized behavioral analysis services to students in two autism preschool classrooms. This contract position is based in Somerville, MA, and is designed for the current school year, with hours extending into the summer program. Location: Somerville, MA Responsibilities: Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to preschool students with autism. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teaching staff. Conduct assessments and monitor student progress through data collection and analysis. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for each student. Engage in regular communication with families regarding student development and strategies. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required. Qualifications: Masters degree in ABA or a related field. Current BCBA licensure. Ability to pass a background check and drug test. Availability to start ASAP and work through the school year. Experience working with young children, particularly in educational settings.
