School-Based Physical Therapist - Kingston, PA

Job Description Job Description Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy experience required. This contract position is designed for dedicated individuals eager to support K-12 students through a focused summer program. Location: Kingston, PA Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 8:45 AM to 12:15 PM, from June 24, 2025, to August 1, 2025 (off the week of July 4th). Duration: 10.5 hours per week Key Responsibilities: Conduct prehensive evaluations to assess students' physical abilities and needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEPs (Individualized Education Programs). Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students in K12 settings. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' physical development. Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary. Participate in IEP meetings and offer remendations for adaptive equipment and assistive devices. Qualifications: Active Physical Therapist licensure through the Pennsylvania Department of State. Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is preferred but not required.
