Job Description: Location: San Jose, California Schedule: 12 hours per week 23 hours per day, 5 days a week (flexible within school hours) Start Date: ASAP Contract: Remainder of current school year Full 20252026 School Year Summer Work: Possible Setting: Onsite Only Caseload: K12 students Position Overview: We are currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in San Jose, CA , on a part-time basis. This is an onsite-only role serving K12 students with diverse physical needs across school sites. The position begins ASAP , with continued services needed into the 20252026 school year , and potential for summer hours . Key Responsibilities: Provide direct physical therapy services to students in alignment with IEP goals Conduct assessments and develop student-specific treatment plans Collaborate with educators, parents, and IEP team members Support student mobility and access to curriculum and school activities Document sessions, progress, and pliance with state/district requirements Qualifications: Active California Physical Therapist license (Required) Previous experience in school-based settings preferred Strong munication, time management, and collaboration skills Must be available to work onsite only in San Jose Lana Griffin Account Executive | Soliant Education Lana.griffin@Soliant. pensation for this position ranges from $48.20 to $68.20.
