What You'll Do: - Support our Head Chef in daily operations - Cook dishes that make our regular residents feel at home-and keep them coming back - Supervise and mentor two junior chefs who've have incredible loyalty - Maintain tight GP and smooth service across functions and resident dining What We Offer Competitive salary: £34,500 per annum A chance to help shape the team and kitchen culture A diverse service calendar including regular residents and private functions Hours - 9am/10am start to kitchen close - NO LATE SHIFTS!
