Our team is committed to creating exceptional moments for residents through curated lifestyle programming, outstanding service, and immaculate amenity spaces. Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lifestyle Director to lead the development and execution of lifestyle and wellness programming across the property's amenity spaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, event planning, and resident engagement, with a strong focus on operations, service excellence, and team management. The Ideal Candidate You are detail-oriented, creative, and service-driven. You thrive in a leadership role, balancing day-to-day operations with high-level planning. You understand the importance of resident satisfaction and excel at building community through events and meaningful interactions. Key Responsibilities Amenity Operations Conduct daily inspections of all amenity spaces and address maintenance or cleanliness issues Monitor pool chemical levels and equipment; coordinate with the certified pool operator as needed Manage amenity inventory, supplies, and water canister maintenance Ensure accurate registration and attendance tracking through Mind Body Programming & Events Develop and execute monthly lifestyle calendars featuring social events, wellness classes, and resident activities Collaborate with local vendors and community partners to enhance programming Collect and analyze resident feedback to improve offerings Team Leadership Recruit, train, and manage amenity staff including front desk attendants, spa staff, fitness instructors, and lifeguards Create and maintain standard operating procedures and staff checklists Oversee daily scheduling, shift changes, and payroll reporting Resident Engagement Serve as the primary point of contact for amenity-related resident inquiries Coordinate welcome emails for new residents and promote memberships Follow up on declined payments, expired memberships, and resident participation Respond to resident emails and requests in a timely manner Administrative & Reporting Review sales and usage data through Mind Body; ensure accurate fee collection Submit weekly payroll and monthly amenity usage reports Assist in maintaining branding and communication consistency through monthly promotions and multi-channel marketing Qualifications (Must-Haves) 3 years of experience in hospitality, lifestyle programming, property management, or related fields Experience managing teams and coordinating events or wellness programs Proficiency in using amenity scheduling software (Mind Body preferred) Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Ability to lead with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail Why Apply Competitive salary with performance-based Bonuses Be part of a luxury residential experience focused on creating community Full access to beautiful, modern amenity spaces Join a team that values creativity, leadership, and resident satisfaction
