Role Highlights Clinical Leadership: Supervise and support school-based clinicians Impact: Deliver services to students in need while training school staff in trauma-attuned practices Schedule: Enjoy extensive school-time off and limited summer hours Growth: Ongoing training, leadership development, and advancement opportunities Teamwork: Collaborate with seasoned ESS leaders and school partners What You’ll Do Supervise assigned clinicians and lead weekly clinical consultations Provide individual, group, and family therapy for students Facilitate family engagement via parent support groups Coach and train school staff and caregivers on student mental health Monitor documentation, treatment outcomes, and program metrics Help build a trauma-informed school culture What You Bring Required: Clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in PA — or eligible and working toward licensure 4 years of clinical experience with youth; 2 years of staff supervision preferred Strong background in trauma-informed care and behavioral interventions Experience coaching educators, supporting IEPs, and navigating school systems Skilled in clinical documentation, data tracking, and team collaboration Why Join ESS?
