Role Highlights Starting Salary: $75,000 Bonus: $5,000 Schedule: Follows school calendar (extensive time off, limited summer hours) Growth: Ongoing clinical training, leadership coaching, and advancement opportunities Mission-Driven Work: Deliver therapeutic services and promote trauma-attuned school cultures Team: Supportive clinical management and collaborative school partnerships What You’ll Do Provide individual, group, and family therapy for high-needs students Lead clinical consultations and family support groups Train and coach school staff in trauma-attuned practices Monitor treatment outcomes, documentation, and program metrics Serve as a clinical leader within the school and ESS community What You Bring Required: Clinical license in NH (LCSW, LPC, LMFT preferred) 3 years working with youth in clinical settings Experience providing trauma-informed care and coaching educators/caregivers Skilled in documentation and comfortable with data-driven care Why Join ESS?
