Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls Provide customer service support via phone and in person Schedule appointments and manage the agents calendar Assist the agent and team with administrative and office tasks Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking on the phone and engaging with customers Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Bilingual Spanish Schedule : Tuesday-Thursday, 1:30pm-5pm.
