Collections and Billing Technician

Reporting to the Accounts Payable and Receivable Manager, your tasks will be to:- Contact clients whose accounts are overdue, while maintaining a good relationship with them.- Negotiate, implement payment agreements, and follow up to ensure they are respected.- Validate payments received.-Perform client and intercompany invoicing-Prepare journal entries related to invoicing-Be able to manage multiple clients simultaneously-Communicate with clients across Canada and the United States-Other related tasks What we're looking for:-Have a college diploma in administrative techniques, with a finance option, or a general college diploma-A minimum of 3 years of experience in collections and customer service-Be comfortable with Excel-Be bilingual (French and English) What we offer:-A salary between $62,000 and $70,000-Group insurance 100% paid by the employer and an RRSP-Flexible hours and summer hours
