HR Administrator - 6 Month FTC A fantastic opportunity for a confident and adaptable HR Administrator to join a highly regarded US law firm on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. Competitive salary 09:30-17:30 (Monday-Friday) Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days remote) Collaborative, team-based and collegiate HR team St Paul’s Location HR Administrator Key Responsibilities: Liaise with agencies to coordinate and arrange interviews, manage diaries, maintain interview packs and track all applications received Prepare contracts of employment and offer letters Enter new hires on the firms HRIS Coordinate the Induction process, working with other business services teams to achieve this Liaise with payroll to confirm new starter details, P45 etc. Coordinate and track probation periods for all new joiners Maintain database of all speculative CV’s received, sending appropriate responses Provide administrative support for all trainee recruitment, seat rotation, and end of seat probations etc. Assist with the vacation, summer intern/work experience programme Assist with the administration of maintaining Right to Work documentation for each employee and track / maintain a spreadsheet of employees HR Administrator Skills & Requirements: Previous experience within a reputable City law firm Intermediate Word and Excel skills is required for this role Familiarity with Business Systems (iManage preferred) Exceptional attention to detail in terms of accuracy with excellent proofing skills
