We’re excited to share an opportunity with our sister company, Wild Packs ! They are currently looking for a Global Recruitment Manager to join their in-person team. Position Summary: Wild Packs, our Scotland-based company with over 15 years of experience placing Camp Counselors at American summer camps, is seeking a Global Recruitment Manager to join their in-person team. The Global Recruitment Manager will own the recruitment sales pipeline from lead through onboarding, working in conjunction with marketing to achieve ambitious growth goals. By leading and motivating a results-oriented team, the manager will maximize applicant conversion, optimize the candidate journey, and consistently surpass performance KPIs. This role requires a results-driven, detail-oriented leader who can foster a workplace culture aligned with the values and mission of Wild Packs and its parent company, Alliance Strategies Inc. Duties & Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the recruitment and onboarding team, ensuring both individual and overall goals are achieved. Manage and maximize lead conversion from HubSpot and international recruitment partners. Develop recruitment strategies for assigned global markets and provide support to international recruitment partners. Monitor the applicant pipeline and deliver regular reports on trends and forecasts throughout the recruitment season. Ensure all applications and processes meet program requirements and U.S. State Department compliance standards. Represent Wild Packs at recruitment events, fairs, and partner meetings within the UK and internationally as required. Essential Qualifications & Experience: Required - Minimum Experience in related international programs or cultural exchange, camp experience preferred. Previous experience managing and supervising at least 2 direct reports required. Ability to work effectively and courteously with multiple cultures and in an international business arena. Exhibit a passion for cultural exchange and able to handle communication barriers and cultural expectations professionally and through a culturally sensitive lens. Personal passion and interest in travel, experiential learning, and cross-cultural exchanges. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite products. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong leadership and entrepreneurial qualities, proactive and collaborative. Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, remain organized, and make decisions in a fast-paced, deadline sensitive environment. Comfortable with changing and rebalancing priorities as needed. Strong critical thinking skills, problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking.
