Management Trainee

Job Description Job Description We are looking to hire a Manager trainee. Do you have what it takes to develop your skills to become a manager? We want to train the right candidate who is hungry, hardworking and energetic for our family-owned and operated country stores in Richmond Hill, GA. You will learn how to delegate tasks, schedule shifts, upkeep inventory, product rotation, and so much more. This individual will be trained in all aspects of management of a retail roadside attraction. A lot of our customers are passing through the state and stopping for a taste of Georgia! This candidate must have a good warm welcoming personality that customers and other staff are pleased to be around. Being detail oriented is required. Able to lift 30 lbs. Able to stand on your feet for up to 4 hours if needed. Employee must have reliable transportation, communication and the availability to work weekends when needed. We are a company that promotes from within. This Position can advance to a Manager after a training period. Entry pay will be based on experience. Pay and Benefits Pay rate between $15-$20 an hour. Overtime is available if desired. Paid Time Off - all employees, even entry-level, can earn PTO after the first 60 days!
