Job Description Job Description Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and minimum 1 years Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is needed to provide specialized 1:1 nursing support at the middle school level. This contract position offers the opportunity to deliver direct care and health services to two students, ensuring their medical needs are met throughout the school year and during a summer program. Location: Merrimack, New Hampshire Responsibilities: Provide individualized nursing care for two students, maintaining health plans and medication administration Monitor and document student health status, reporting any changes promptly Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to support student well-being Follow established healthcare protocols and emergency procedures within the school setting Work school year hours from 8:15 AM to 3:45 PM, Monday through Friday Provide care during summer program, July 7 to July 28, Monday through Thursday, approximately 4 hours per day (schedule to be determined) Qualifications: Current and valid LPN or LVN license Experience in school nursing or pediatric care preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive health information Strong munication skills for interaction with students, families, and school personnel Reliable and adaptable to changing schedules and student needs Benefits: Contract position with consistent hours during the school year and summer Opportunity to impact student health and academic success directly Supportive environment working with multidisciplinary teams This role requires dedication to student health within an educational environment.
