Join the YMCA as a Youth & Teens Coordinator and help us create fun, safe, and meaningful experiences for kids before and after school, at special events, and during our action-packed summer camp season. Supervise early risers in our Before School Program — make mornings bright with games, crafts, and smiles. ???? Keep the fun going in our After School Program — help with homework, plan cool activities, and create a place kids can’t wait to come back to. ????️‍???? Throw awesome events like Teen Nights and Parents Night Out — you're part coordinator, part party-planner, all hero! ????️ Help run our wild and wonderful Summer Camp — plan adventures, field days, messy science experiments, and more. ???? Build strong connections with kids and families — you’re not just a supervisor, you’re a trusted mentor. ???? Assist with schedules, sign-ins, and communication — the behind-the-scenes magic that makes it all run smoothly. ???? Support your team and bring positive energy every shift — teamwork makes the dream work! What We’re Looking For: ???? A high school diploma or GED (college coursework in education or child development = bonus points!). ???? Experience working with school-age kids in any setting — afterschool programs, camps, babysitting, etc. ⏰ Ability to work part-time weekday mornings and afternoons, with occasional evenings or weekends for events. ???? Someone who’s responsible, fun, energetic, and ready to jump into action. ???? Willingness to complete required certifications (CPR, First Aid, Child Abuse Prevention — we’ll help you get there!).
