This is a summer internship located in Fishers, Indiana running from June 8, 2026 to August 14, 2026. Responsibilities Support all investment activities including asset allocation and strategy research; investment sourcing, underwriting and execution; portfolio monitoring and analysis; and reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Monitor investment managers / investments performance and ensure that allocations taken, and current exposures are in accordance with established investment policy guidelines. Participate in sourcing and on-going due diligence efforts. Assist with the completion of strategic projects as assigned by the Office of Investments staff. Update and distribute performance and economic models maintained by the Office of Investments. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Knowledge of investment concepts, terminology, styles, models, strategies, and fundamental investment factors. Knowledge of statistical concepts, methods, and models, and their application to investments. Considerable skill in using a computer in a Windows environment with word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, database, and other business software to prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, charts, and reports. Required Education and Experience HS diploma or GED equivalent required. Completion of Freshman year of college required. Progress towards a Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in accounting, finance, law, economics, mathematics, computer science, data science, or a related degree.
