Cellar Door Supervisor

Part-Time Cellar Door Supervisor – Tokar Estate Tokar Estate is seeking an organised, knowledgeable, and energetic Cellar Door Supervisor to lead our busy cellar door operation as we build up our team ahead of the upcoming peak spring/summer season. You will take charge on busy weekends, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage our small cellar door team, including training, and ongoing development. Strengthen relationships with existing tourism and industry partners while identifying new business opportunities. Oversee stock control and ordering, manage tasting stock, and ensure consistent sales across the Tokar range. Manage and grow the Tokar Wine Club, delivering an exceptional member experience. Identify opportunities for improvement, implementing systems to enhance efficiency and service delivery. Achieve weekly budgets, labour targets, and identify sales trends and ways to increase profitability. What We’re Looking For A friendly, energetic personality with the ability to build rapport quickly. A genuine passion for wine, hospitality, and exceptional customer service. Strong work ethic with honesty, transparency, and reliability. Confidence in public speaking, with the ability to present to groups of 20 guests. WSET Level 2 or 3 certification highly regarded. RSA certification and unrestricted Australian working rights required. Hours & Availability We are seeking a part-time team member, ideally available Fridays and Saturdays year-round, plus Sundays and the occasional weekday during summer. Flexibility is available when negotiating regular days and number of shifts, with the option for 2–4 days per week. Local candidates will be viewed favourably.
