Job Description
Are you passionate about safety, leadership, and delivering an exceptional customer experience? We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Casual Duty Managers to join our team! The role As a Casual Duty Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role during your shift, ensuring the centre runs safely, smoothly, and in line with compliance requirements. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll be the go to leader for our team and members on the floor. You’ll help oversee: Aquatic safety and supervision of operations Pool plant operations and monitoring Asset maintenance checks and issue reporting Customer service support and escalation management Compliance with WHS standards and emergency protocols Smooth opening and closing of the facility as rostered Who are we? About you You're a confident, calm presence under pressure with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset. You lead by example, hold safety to the highest standard, and bring positive energy to every shift. You’ll bring: Previous experience in a similar supervisory or lifeguard leadership role Strong understanding of aquatic centre operations and compliance Confidence managing staff, customers, and incidents in a dynamic environment Flexibility to work a rotating roster including early mornings, evenings, and weekends You must hold the following current qualifications: Pool Lifeguard Certificate (essential) Pool Operations Certificate (essential) First Aid & CPR NSW Working with Children Check National Police Check (or willingness to obtain) Please do not delay in sending through your application with a cover letter and your current resume.
