Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. A full-semester SLP opportunity is available in Delaware, serving a K-12 school with a focus on middle and high school students. This contract position offers a caseload primarily consisting of middle and high school students, with some Pre-K students referred from the special education department. The role requires dedication and skill in pediatric speech-language pathology, with an emphasis on teletherapy and in-person interventions. Key Qualifications: Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience in pediatric and school-based settings Familiarity with teletherapy service delivery Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred Ability to support special education students, including Pre-K population Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) experience in healthcare or educational environments is a plus Location: Georgetown, Delaware, serving one school site with a K-12 student population Responsibilities: Manage and provide speech and language therapy to a caseload of middle and high school students, along with some Pre-K students Collaborate with special education and general education staff Deliver services both in-person and via teletherapy platforms Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and administrators regarding student progress Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week Start ASAP and continue through the end of the school year No summer hours required This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on students communication skills over a focused academic term.
