Job Description Job Description About ElitSwim Club ElitSwim Club (ELIT) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit swim club affiliated with USA Swimming, dedicated to developing swimmers of all levels. We focus on technical proficiency, mental training, injury prevention, and strength & conditioning. Our sister company, EliteSwim LLC, runs over 12,000 swim lessons annually for the City of San Ramon, offering additional professional growth opportunities. Position Overview We’re seeking an Associate Coach who is passionate about performance swimming and athlete development.
