Job Description

Airbnb seeks a full-time Legal Intern in Sydney to support the Australia legal team on diverse legal tasks during a 6-8 week summer internship. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Assist the Australia legal team with various legal functions including marketing, communications, policy, product, privacy, employment, corporate, and litigation and disputes Conduct legal research and analysis using legal databases and online resources Attend internal legal meetings and meetings with other business units Undertake legal administrative tasks Participate in special projects based on team needs and intern interests About You The company is looking for: Current enrollment in an undergraduate or postgraduate law degree at an accredited law school Intellectual curiosity, open-mindedness, and adaptability Highly collaborative with excellent communication and listening skills High integrity, good judgment, a sense of humor, and a love for fun and adventure Work authorization for employment in Australia (visa sponsorship unavailable) Ability to attend the Sydney office in Surry Hills for at least one week during the internship (hybrid/on-site position) Training & Development Interns receive support, mentorship, and real-world experience to accelerate learning and make a meaningful impact within Airbnb’s legal team.
