2026 Summer Internship - Construction Operations Intern

Job Description Job Description About Us Bryan Electric Inc. is a family orientated company that has been in business since 2009. During our 16 years of business of we have obtained licenses in 32 different states across the US. We specialize in commercial electrical construction. Our projects range from retail remodels to universities and distribution centers. We have a wide range of projects that are continuously changing as we grow as a company. We are hoping to find individuals that want to grow with us and retire with us. What we are looking for: We are in search of an organized, detail oriented and motivated OPERATIONS INTERN to join our team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in construction, project management, or business operations. You'll gain hands-on experience in supporting day-to-day operations, project coordination, and administrative functions that keep our projects running smoothly and on time. The daily duties for this intern will include but are not limited to: Support operations team on an administrative level Assist in project status reports Prepare purchase orders for review by Project Team Review and assist with processing submittals and RFI's Prepare document distributions to subcontractors for review by Project Team Collaborate with project managers and field teams to keep projects running smoothly Assist with project scheduling, tracking, and documentation Complete other responsibilities as assigned Minimum Qualifications Must be in your Junior or Senior year Must be pursuing a degree in construction management, construction engineering, or equivalent Strong communication skills, both verbal & written Ability to prioritize work to maximize efficiency Proficient with computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Self-starter Schedule Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Dates are approximate: June 2- August 1, 2026 If you are interested in this position please send an updated resume and references to humanresources@bryanelectricinc.com.
