In this exciting and rewarding role, the Special Therapies Specialist will help guide youth through their emotional and behavioral growth using music and other therapeutic modalities, working collaboratively with clinical teams to create life-changing experiences. What Youll Do as a Special Therapies Specialist Lead individual and group therapeutic sessions using music, movement, creative expression, and other therapeutic techniques to help youth overcome challenges, express themselves, and grow emotionally. Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to care, collaborating with clinicians, community partners, and volunteers to maximize impact. Manage therapeutic equipment, maintain safe and nurturing environments, and ensure high standards of documentation and reporting in line with agency policies.
